Where we stand…
If there was any doubt in peoples minds about how bad things are in the economy, all you need to do is watch the latest batch of advertising coming out of Madison Avenue.
Gone are the ads pushing high quality, ‘you deserve the best’ messages, replaced with we all need to watch our spending, you can save money messages.
Much like the stock market though, where pundits continue to tell you sell when the worst is over, could this be a sign that things are about to get better.
The inauguration of President Elect Obama is just around the corner, and there seems to be an anticipation of a great change coming to the nation lead by the new President, not just in this country but a change that could impact the whole world.
These are the times of great opportunity, yes you’ve heard it before and not from me, but rather than withdrawing from business now is the time to position yourself to capitalize on the opportunities as we emerge from what has been a very bad financial situation.
